Pancakes!
All the housekeeping I have done of late has made me a very hungry girl. So what better way to celebrate my return to blogging land than to show you something yummy I have been enjoying.
We have been enjoying these for breakfast a couple of times a week.
The ratio for the recipe is 1 cup of gluten free SR flour; 1 egg; 1 cup buttermilk. Topped with half a pear and real maple syrup = 1 very lovely, very healthy breakfast.

I love pancakes. We leave for America soon and I am going to go to the IHOP (international house of pancakes) to see what they are like. But I doubt they'd be as good as the ones my dad made when we were kids.

Oh, pancakes are fantastic! I make different sorts, but all sorts of pancakes are fantastic.
I used to love a restaurant called Pancake Manor (I think). We did not go often, but oh my the pancakes were delicious!!
And yes, all sorts of pancakes are wonderful. Growing up we used to eat many of the flat, thin, round pancakes that you smothered in butter and brown sugar and then rolled up to eat.
I would eat that for sure - love Pears..
Hugs
